FigureID# 1
Martian Date: - SOL749
Description: Is this object part of a building? Note the square corners on this white object. This object was over-exposed by the camera, hence the bright white appearance. Could it have originated from a destroyed building? The book What NASA Isn't Telling You About Mars provides abundant proof that remnants of buildings still exist on the surface. |
|
FigureID# 2
Martian Date: - SOL749
Description: Is this a plant? The small protrusion (see red arrow) may indicate this is a plant or plant fossil and not a rock. |
|
FigureID# 3
Martian Date: - SOL749
Description: Is this a partially buried building? In the distance a large mound can be seen. However, one can also see that each side has a polygon shape. |
|
FigureID# 4
Martian Date: - SOL758
Description: Closeup of plant-like object. This object has a very rough surface compared to the surrounding rocks. A number of these objects have been found on the surface at various locations. The protrusion visible against the sky in Figure 2 is barely visible here since the rover camera is looking down. |
|
FigureID# 5
Martian Date: - SOL767
Description: Are these building blocks? Outlined in red are the edges of these objects which resemble building blocks. |
|
FigureID# 6
Martian Date: - SOL767
Description: Pair of holes side by side. This is almost unheard of on earth but has been found in abundance on Mars for unknown reasons. There are dozens of images with holes and slots on the Martian surface in the book. Yet NASA says nothing about this phenomena. |
|
FigureID# 7
Martian Date: - SOL767
Description: Pyramidal shaped rock. This object has a striking symmetry on all four sides. Is this a product of erosion or something else? |
|
FigureID# 8
Martian Date: - SOL768
Description: Arch in the distance. This is unusual arch shape with nearly perfect symmetry is several hundred feet from the camera. This is why it appears so small. It may be the entrance to an unoccupied dwelling built long ago. |
|
FigureID# 9
Martian Date: - SOL768
Description: Vehicle or dwelling beside the arch shape shown above. This image was taken at a different wavelength (color) of light. The arch shape is still visible to the right of the white object in the distance. |
|
FigureID# 10
Martian Date: - SOL770
Description: - Writing or printing on a rock-like object. (Red Arrow) Because of distance it is quite difficult to enlarge this. In the book are three such instances of writing on objects seen on camera. |
|
FigureID# 11
Martian Date: - SOL773
Description: Is this part of a building? Here is yet another artifact which does not appear to be formed by erosion. Note the right angles this object has. |
|
FigureID# 12
Martian Date: - SOL773
Description: More examples of plant-like objects. These objects are scattered all over the planet's surface. |
|
FigureID# 13
Martian Date: - SOL776
Description: Could this be a mechanical part? This elongated part probably fossilized for millenia is just laying out in the open. |
|
FigureID# 14
Martian Date: - SOL797
Description: The mysterious dirty solar panel - imaged at 11:56:21 Mars time. Here we clearly see a dense layer of dust and dirt on the panel. This would be more than sufficient to prevent any solar power from being generated. |
|
FigureID# 15
Martian Date: - SOL797
Description: Same mystery panel array cleaned just SEVEN MINUTES LATER at 12:03:21 Mars time on the SAME DAY the image above was taken! Yet another mystery. They explained that dust devils do this. Even though after nearly 900 DAYS on Mars this phenomena has never been captured cleaning the panels - by any of the rovers cameras. |
|
FigureID# 16
Martian Date: - SOL828
Description: This might be called "The Mystery of the Missing Tire Track." Dashed grey lines were added to original image to show possible locations of missing tire track. (Only tire track present is highlighted by a black arrow.)
Here we see yet another unexplainable phenomena - the tire tracks from the other wheels are missing. How can the rover balance and travel on just one side? Enlarge image by clicking on it for more detail. |
|
FigureID# 17
Martian Date: - SOL834
Description: Here is another image of dirty solar panels. Yet these panels keep operating? How is this possible? There are dozens of images taken by the rovers cameras all showing dirt like this for most of the 830+ days it has been operating. How do these panels clean themselves so well in just a few minutes? |
|
FigureID# 18
Martian Date: - SOL862
Description: When the Martian sky is imaged with a yellow-orange (601nm) filter, it appears darkened. Why would the sky dark? Because the sky on Mars is BLUE when no dust storms are present! The book devotes an entire chapter to this subject, using NASA's color images to prove it. |
|
FigureID# 19
Martian Date: - SOL862
Description: Mars' sky is bright when imaged with an ultraviolet filter at 432nm. This indicates the sky's color is more towards the BLUE end of the visible spectrum. So why does NASA keep telling us the sky is RED? |
|
FigureID# 20
Martian Date: - Fig. 108 from the book
Description: One of the strangest artifacts ever found. Who made it, and when? What does it do? Is it a machine or an animal, and why doesn't NASA talk about it? Image (c)2006 Ted Twietmeyer |
|
FigureID# 21
Martian Date: - Fig. 144 from the book
Description: This appears to be a mechanical artifact. Who made it, when and what for? Image (c)2006 Ted Twietmeyer |
|
FigureID# 22
Martian Date: - SOL105
Description: Dark, brick-like block with printed letters about 10ft. from the camera. This is one of the most amazing artifacts ever found. Why were letters printed on this block? Were the letters used like a part number is here on Earth? This is just one of several lettered and/or numbered objects found in the book. Image (c)2006 Ted Twietmeyer |
|
FigureID# 23
Martian Date: - SOL561
Description: Y-shaped object with lettering from the book. Note the added lines highlight a coating that appears to have peeled back. From the distance, the overall length of this object is estimated at 3-4 feet. Material is unknown. Image (c)2006 Ted Twietmeyer |
|
FigureID# 24
Martian Date: - SOL104
Description: There are two interesting facts about this image: 1. Unlike almost all other Mars images this one shows mostly SKY and not the surface. 2. NASA has intentionally scrambled a portion of this image. An enhancement of the original image in the book clearly shows that the sky is slightly brighter in the area around the object. SOMETHING WAS IN THE SKY when this picture was taken that we are not allowed to see. This type of data scrambling never has occured anywhere else in the sky in any other images from Mars. |
|
FigureID# 25
Martian Date: - Fig. 137 from book
Description: This yet another mystery object. Examine the space between the top black block and the bottom white pillow-shaped block embedded in the ground. Enlarging it by clicking on the image may help. You can see a small circular area and part something that appears to hold the top object in place, as though it is balanced. Based on camera distance the top block is 2-3ft. across. If made of rock or a metal it will easily weigh more than one hundred pounds. If this is a product of erosion - how could this happen? Can any such object be found anywhere on earth? |
